Virgin Blue
Virgin Blue flies direct from Brisbane to Hamilton Island daily, with good connections to Brisbane from other major cities. Visit www.virginblue.com.au

Both Jetstar and Virgin Blue have daily flights from Brisbane to Proserpine. From Prosperpine airport you can catch a Whitsunday Transit Coach to Shute Harbour and then the Fantasea Blue Ferry to Hamilton Island.

Virgin Blue also flies daily to Mackay Airport and from there you can organise a light aircraft to Hamilton Island.

Island Air
Island Air has a fleet of 5 and 9-seater aircraft and operates daily charter transfer services between Mackay Airport, Airlie Beach (Whitsunday Airport), Proserpine Airport and Hamilton Island. (Phone 07 4946 9933).

When flying with Island Air, Hamilton Island is a mere 10 minutes from Airlie Beach, 15 minutes from Prosperpine, and 30 minutes from Mackay.
